Scene Profile Book
Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This privacy policy explains how NANAKOROBI (“we”) handles your information in the mobile app Scene Profile Book (the “app”). Please read it before using the app.

1. The basics

The app does not require an account and does not require you to sign in. Everything you write on a profile card (a “card”) is stored only on your own device. We cannot collect, transmit or read that content, and it is never sent to our servers (we do not run a server or a database for this app at all).

However, so that the app can be free, it shows advertising (Google AdMob), and a third party (Google) may collect certain information in order to serve those ads. See “7. Advertising” for details.

2. Information stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or to a third party.

All of this is deleted from your device when you uninstall the app.

3. What you type in (important)

This app exists to make profile cards. A card can hold information about you — a name or nickname, a birthday, links to your social accounts and so on. What you write is entirely your choice. We never ask you to fill anything in, and a card can be created while left blank.

As stated above, what you type stays on your device and we cannot read it. But once you hand a card to someone as an image, a QR code or a link, the person who receives it can read what it says. What happens to it after that is up to the person who received it and the service you used to send it (a social network, a messaging app and so on); we cannot intervene. Please do not enter anything you would not want known (your legal name, address, phone number, school or workplace), and be careful about how widely you share.

4. Photos

There are two places where you can choose a photo from your device.

5. Sharing

The app renders your card into a single image on your device and hands it to whichever app you choose (a social network, a messaging app and so on). All of that happens on your device, and the content of the card is never stored on our servers. You choose who receives it.

You can also turn the content of a card into a QR code or a link. When you do, the content is placed after the “#” in the URL. By the way the web works, everything after the “#” is never sent to the web server. So even when the link is opened, neither we nor our website receives the content of the card. The app on the recipient device is what rebuilds and shows it.

⚠️ Please note. An exported image, QR code or link contains exactly what you wrote on the card. Once you have handed it over, it stays with the person who received it, and we cannot take it back or delete it.

6. Opening links

If you write a URL on a card, you can open it in your device default browser. The app never displays a web page inside itself. Any site you open is outside our control, and how that site handles information is governed by its own policies.

For safety, the app only opens URLs that begin with http or https. In addition, links can only be opened from cards you made yourself; a URL written on a card you received from someone else cannot be opened.

7. Advertising

The app shows advertising through Google AdMob. To serve, optimise and protect those ads from abuse, AdMob may automatically collect and use information such as the following.

What you wrote on your cards is never used to serve ads. For how that information is handled, please see Google policies.

You can opt out of ad personalisation or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

8. Device features and permissions

The app uses the following device features in order to work.

The app does not access your contacts, your location, your microphone or your camera.

9. Deleting your data

The app has no accounts and we store none of your data on our servers, so there is no need to ask us to delete anything.

10. Children

This app is not designed primarily for children. If you are below the minimum age set by the law where you live, please use the app only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. We do not collect personally identifiable information.

11. Sharing information with third parties

We do not collect personal data through the app, so we do not provide personal data to third parties. Information related to advertising is handled under Google policies, as described in “7. Advertising” above.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may change without prior notice as laws change or as features are added to the app. If there is a significant change, we will announce it on this page. The updated policy takes effect when it is published here.

13. Contact

For questions about the app or this policy, please contact us.
